Camping guidelines
.
Campervans, Caravans and Tents are permitted, but must be pre booked prior to Snodfest by telephoning 01905 381511. Cost is £10 per tent / caravan /campervan, payment to be made on collection of camping pass.  Camping passes will only be issued to Snodfest tickets holders.
Passes must be collected from the main gate from 11am and prominently displayed.
Vehicle registration details must be provided on receipt of pass.
.  The camp site opens at 11am on Saturday 24th September, and must be clear by
12noon on Sunday 25th of September 2011.
.  On arrival, please follow the signs to the main car park, then come to the main entrance gate
to collect your pass. You will then be directed to your pitch by a steward.  If ground conditions are poor due to bad weather, vehicular access to the area may be restricted and an alternative hard standing area will
be provided for campervans / caravans – you will be directed as required.
.  Children and under 18’s are not permitted to camp on their own. They must be
accompanied by an adult.  Identification may be requested. Do not leave children unsupervised in
the camping area.
.  Tent Pitches: Please be considerate when pitching your tent.
For fire safety reasons and to retain a degree of privacy please leave a 3 metre gap between
yourselves and the adjoining tent.
.  Toilets:  There will be a portable toilet available on the camping site.
.  Water: Sorry no water facilities are provided. We recommend that you bring your own
supplies of bottled drinking water with you for convenience.
.  Showers: Sorry none are provided.
.  Power: There are no power points or lighting available in the camping area.
Please bring a torch or sufficient camp lights!
.  Fires: Because of the risk of fires spreading and damage to grazing on the camp site
which is part of a working farm, OPEN FIRES ARE BANNED everywhere on site.
One small purpose made barbecue may be used as long as it is raised off the ground on a
purpose-built stand and does not damage the grass. No accelerates (flammable liquids) may
be used to light barbecues. A bucket of water or fire extinguisher must be close at hand and
no barbecue may be left unattended until extinguished. Gas cylinders for gas cookers must
be stored safely.
.   Animals: No animals except guide dogs are permitted on the camping or festival site.
.  Noise: No sound systems, amplified music, stereos or drums are allowed on site.
Those who disregard this regulation will have their equipment confiscated or be asked to leave the site.
Please keep noise to a minimum in all areas and respect the festival’s residential neighbours and
fellow campers.
.  Waste disposal: Please use the bins provided. The campsite is part of a working farm and
litter/waste poses a hazard to livestock and wildlife so please dispose of it responsibly in the bins.
.   Security: Please do not leave valuables in your tent or vehicle. Your property is left in the
camping area at your own risk.
.  Glass/Alcohol: No glass bottles are allowed on any part of the festival site, including the camping area.
You may bring a personal supply of alcohol with you into the camping area (cans or decanted into
plastic bottles, please), but you will not be able to bring it into the festival site. However, please note
that the festival management has the right to refuse entry to the festival site on the grounds of
unruly behaviour or apparent severe intoxication.
.  Breakfasts will be available on Sunday morning at The Oak pub on the main A422 in the
village, a 10 minute walk from the camp site.  Available from 7.00am until 12.00noon.
(No need to book)

We reserve the right to ask those who do not comply with these requirements to
leave the festival or camping site.
